Our Scottsdale Client is currently looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their team Responsibilities Process payroll for 1500-2000 employees Maintain Employee Records Monthly Reports Process garnishments to include child support orders, tax levies, etc Experience, Knowledge, and Skills A minimum of 2
– 3 years of payroll processing experience Multi-State taxation experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy Excellent communication and analytical skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of employees’ personal data and the organization’s financial data Ability to prioritize and organize in a multi-tasking environment Local Candidates Only
