Reporting Analyst

This is a Contract position in Chandler, AZ posted July 3, 2020.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a Reporting Analyst in Minneapolis, MN and St.

Louis, MO Essential Duties: Address work with an Agile mentality: break down large problems or deliverables into actionable pieces, work items in priority order, escalate impediments to your success, always strive for continuous improvement Reporting tells the story with visuals which can be expanded upon to get to the source details Create reporting and perform analysis against data from a variety of sources with a goal of informing a variety of audiences on work to be done, grouped by relevant leader, and progress to done Create ad hoc and longer-term reporting and dashboards to provide transparency into work and to inform leadership decisions Primary tool will be Microsoft Excel but longer-term reporting may be ported to Tableau through a team of Tableau experts already in house.

Tableau expertise is welcome but is not critical for this role; the ability to make Excel do amazing things is key Support and create mechanisms to enable other roles on the team to report progress and to aggregate their responses into rollup reports Create weekly senior leadership reports using a mix of PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, and other tools as seem appropriate Collaborate with a SharePoint site administrator / workflow specialist to automate the mechanics around reporting where feasible Communications: Collaborate with the communications lead to share information in a way that supports team members’ rapid absorption and understanding of new deliverables while helping to separate the noise from the actual tasks that need to be done Maintain up-to-date documentation (SharePoint or other tool) covering the topic you are leading with a vision of providing self-service guidance on the work to comply Meetings and Reports: Attend Remediation Team meetings (currently multiple times weekly) to share progress, answer questions, and collaborate with other team Job Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: 8 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management implementation, or strategic planning experience Start your career off on the right foot with one of ‘America’s Top 500 Companies’, as awarded by Forbes.
