We are actively searching for a qualified dynamic Senior Product Manager (Digital Consultant 6) to join our Merchant Services team and lead Merchant digital transformation.

As a Product Owner, the ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing impactful new digital experiences using the Agile Framework, combined with strong cross-functional leadership skills while leading one or multiple Scrum teams with a flexible, team-oriented approach. A successful candidate will know to translate business needs into requirements for the Technology and Design teams.

They will know how to navigate the organizational and governance challenges of a large, highly-regulated enterprise – and still know how to get things done.This position will be responsible for leading end to end product development, management and performance analysis of the “Application” part of the Merchant journey while leveraging the Agile framework.

The Application experience is one of the most important part of the overall Merchant journey.

This role will report into the Merchant Services Digital Transformation Leader.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across Merchant Services and partner organizations to drive short-term enhancements to existing digital experiences while laying the vision and strategy for longer-term, innovative capabilities that will fuel significant business growth and a best-in-class user experience. The responsibilities for this role are broad and deep including: strategizing, prototyping, building, evolving digital experiences that factor in use cases across multiple stages of a Merchant’s journey, variations by segment and business needs, user experience, process reviews, scalability across browsers, operating systems and devices, responsive design, application and integration strategy, information security, and risk management controls.Key outcomes for this role include; significantly improve digital customer experience; reduce time to ‘task completion’; reduce risk; maximize flexibility and reuse; drive ‘best in class’ digital solutions and experiences.

Application Product Manager/Product Owner role This role will help build out an end to end simplified and streamlined Merchant digital Application solution for the Merchant Sales team.

This includes supporting both new merchants and existing merchants who are looking to expand their engagement with us.

The solution will help Merchant Sales team to create an Application for the Merchant based on their needs.

The overall Sales assisted Merchant onboarding flow has three steps Lead Management, Pricing/Proposal and Application.

The Application flow concludes with an approval for the Merchant to allow them to use Wells Fargo Merchant Services to conduct online and offline payments.

The key areas that this work-stream will focus on are as follows: Merchant KYC (Know Your Customer), perform CDD(Customer Due Diligence), conduct risk assessment, apply risk rating, approval, eSignature, implementation and activation This will involve building out Merchant digital components and experiences that can integrate with the Wells Fargo Wholesale ‘WCAO’ tool.

It will also include integrating with multiple Wells Fargo enterprise level shared capabilities.

The development will include the build out of both Front end/UI and Microservices that can then be easily extended and reused by multiple platforms This role will build out Digital experiences that will be used by both Merchants and internal Wells Fargo team members.

Locations: San Francisco, CA (preferred); Concord, CA (preferred); Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; Phoenix, AZ also considered; WF hub locations consideredRequired Qualifications 12+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting Desired Qualifications Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectivesAbility to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team membersAbility to build and deliver innovative, industry leading solutionsAbility to create and deliver dynamic presentationsAbility to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability Other Desired Qualifications Demonstrated success delivering complex digital projects using the Agile framework Experience leading major online customer or internal facing programs Experience with significant platform/product redesign and launches Prior experience in building out Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria to clearly define work for the cross-functional team to build out Experience working with Technology, Design teams, Process, Legal, Risk and Compliance teams.

Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives spanning across multiple functions and multiple lines of business Experience or understanding of building Microservices Experience in the banking industry or financial services industry experience Ability to translate business needs into complex analysis, designs and recommendations.
