For you this means stability and opportunity for advancement.Come and join an Award winning team of home health and hospice professionals!What you’ll doProvides general clerical support, including answering of telephones, for all departments of the Agency in a manner consistent with the mission and goals of the Agency.Answers all incoming calls and directs caller to appropriate party, voice mailGreets and directs visitors to appropriate offices.Responsible for distribution and preparation of in-coming and outgoing mail.Separates clinical notes and forwards them to filing and payroll departments as appropriate.Distributes incoming faxes.Closes office as required including transfer phones to on-call staff, run backup of data on mainframe, lock up patient files, lock doors, turn off coffee machine, copiers lights and air conditioning.Consistently displays a professional appearance and conduct in all settings.

Must not have any back lifting/moving restrictions.

Must provide proof of automobile insurance upon hire and at each renewal and maintain a safe driving record.
