Manages the corporate learning library and curates content related to professional development opportunities to foster a culture of learning. Strategically assesses enterprise-wide professional skill gaps.

Procures, designs, delivers, and manages competency-based learning solutions to advance Change Healthcare’s Leadership model
– Drive, Navigate, and Align (DNA).

Creates, co-sponsors, and facilitates targeted programs such as capability academies that will drive reskilling/upskilling capabilities.

Responsibilities: Assess enterprise strategic learning needs – L&D needs vetted by Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness colleagues that are of the highest priority for the organization as being (1) strategic or (2) urgent for all team members or all large constituents such as people leaders, supporting reskilling, upskilling and internal talent marketplace.

Procure/curate enterprise professional 3rd party content solutions to address organizational learning needs and alignment with Leadership DNA – offering a selection of relevant and appropriate learning opportunities.

This will involve supporting the Internal Talent Marketplace with reskilling and upskilling opportunities. Integrating assets with learning systems, educating end users, promoting, and measuring utilization and evaluating effectiveness.

Manage vendors (3rd Party content partners such as LinkedIn Learning, Skillsoft, Pluralsite or others)
– performing vendor management activities to maintain quality of the professional development learning library and services.

Supporting the negotiations of contractual agreements with our procurement team, obtaining quotes with pricing, capabilities, turnaround times.

Managing relationships, hosting meetings, and assigning jobs.

Evaluating vendor services and performance levels.

Design and deliver enterprise programs
– building Learners and learning agility through Capability Academies which are carefully curated learning experiences that the organization deems as critical. Develop blended and immersive programs that are co-owned between L&D and the business that will enable deep learning and application.

Incorporating social, creative, and collaborative learning opportunities with frequent reinforcements to flatten the forget curve and allow employees to practice their new skills.

(Academies) Applies 70-20-10 methodologies to foster a culture of learning. Promote, and measure outcomes.

creates powerful virtual and classroom learning experiences that develop skills that are immediately applicable in work.

(Academies) Manage projects – template tasks, assignees, dates, progress, reports, dashboards – execute on OKRs and strategic planning goals Establish key metrics, reporting and dashboards – training effectiveness, utilization, industry awards.

Navigate learning management systems
– performing duties within the learning experience system (LXP) – Change Healthcare University.

Registering users, setting up modules and programs, course details, attaching digital assets, running reports, accessing transcripts and key administrative duties.

Experience with Cornerstone On-Demand or other systems.

Manage operating budget – develop budget forecasts and track learning opportunities spend to include license renewals (3rd party content).

Facilitate Talent Management & Culture (TMC), L&D, and Capability Academy programs. Required Experience: Required Bachelor’s degree in Educational Adult Learning Theory, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field.

A minimum of five (5) years of professional development and facilitation experience.

Must have designed complex and immersive learning experiences, managing learning programs for at least five (5) years.

Assessed and negotiated 3rd party learning content and other vendor services.

(LinkedIn Learning, Percipio, others) Higher Education in Learning & Development preferred.
