Our employees go home in the same condition they came to work.How you will spend your days as a Receptionist: Receives and directs incoming telephone calls, operating a multiple line switchboard. Greets incoming customers and provides information as needed. The Receptionist will perform a variety of clerical support duties as required.Essential Job Duties:* Receives and directs incoming calls; serves as location receptionist.* Opens and sorts daily mail.* Takes and relays messages.* Provides information to customers as required.* Performs other related duties as necessary.* Sends outgoing and receives incoming faxes to be disbursed.* Shipping outgoing packages.* Data input or word processing as needed.* Complies with Companys attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.* Other duties as assigned by Management.We want you to build your career with us! Some exposure to business environment helpful.* Special skills requiredAbility to operate multiple line switchboard.
