Centralized Support Sales Data Coordinator

Acosta, Inc.

This is a Full-time position in Phoenix, AZ posted October 25, 2021.

Assist the Centralized Support Data Supervisor in the maintenance of the United States and Canadian GenWeb databases.





Client – enter all Becton-proprietary new or updated client information into the GenWeb databases.  (Bracket Structure, Alternate Addresses, etc.)

Product – enter all Becton-proprietary new and updated product data into the GenWeb databases.  (Product Groups, Secondary Product Groups, Lead Time, etc.)

Customer – Enter all new and updated customer bill-to/ship-to records in the GenWeb databases as needed.

Merges – perform all Becton-proprietary functions of client, product and customer merges.

Communicate the completion of all new and updated client, customer and product information to the Centralized Support Data Supervisor and the applicable Sales Support team.

Pricing – Maintain accurate pricing for all clients (national, branch, and customer specific) in the GenWeb databases. Ability to map electronic price sheets to the standard pricing templates to auto load into GenWeb.

SLA’s – maintain excellent working relationships with Customers, Clients and Co-workers.  Maintain a minimum Service Level Compliance of 93% for all CDHelp requests and external requests submitted through outlook.

Special Assignments – perform special assignments for the company/team as needed.

Conversion Factors for Order Entry – Maintain conversions factors in the APL table for all Customers/Clients that require them.

Supporting Documentation – Post all approvals, communications and back up documentation to the SharePoint Team site for tracking, audit and compliance within 48 hours of completing the ticket/change.




High School Diploma / GED required.

Two/three years experience with data entry.

Previous food broker experience preferred.

Becton Schantz software experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, administrative skills and time management skills.

Effective communication skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Live Meeting. 

Proficiency defined by ACE Training

Able to operate a calculator, computer, printer, fax machine, telephone, scanner and copier.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

Minimum proficiencies Excel:  defined by Level 1 and Level 2 ACE Training

Minimum proficiencies Word:  defined by Level 1 ACE Training

Minimum proficiencies Outlook:  defined by Level 1 and Level 2 ACE Training

Demonstrate good problem solving skills.

Able to analyze problems and define workable solutions for users of shared data.

Able to contribute to process improvements.

Able to type a minimum of 60 wpm.

Upload documentation to SharePoint in timely manner.
