The material could be extremely graphic and offensive. They review the video that has been flagged and determine if it is appropriate or not.There is no phone work with this position.Responsibilities: Become and remain knowledgeable about Leading social media products and community standardsAssist our community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately and on timeMake well balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for our communityStrong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and most importantly empathyDisplay a strong bias to doing what’s right for our community in supporting leading social media objectivesInvestigate and resolve issues that are reported on social media such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive contentRespond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracyUse market specific knowledge, signals and insights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of usersGather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on the siteEnforce social media terms of use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the siteReview the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of qualityIdentify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutionsRecognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside the company policyJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $15.00 per hourExperience:cus: 1 year (Required)
