The Broker Specialist maintains detailed Summaries on assigned Brokers.Essential Job Functions:Provides support to the network with product guidelines for FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, USDA, Non-conforming, Non-QM Products, Bank Statement ProductsMonitor the “Broker Queue” to respond timely to the NetworkReview loan level scenarios to determine if there is an internal Correspondent Option or if a Broker Partner may be requiredPrepare Anti-Steering Disclosures, must be familiar with Dodd Frank RegulationNavigates quickly through multiple Investor’s web-sites and guideline’sCommunicates directly with Branch Manager, Loan Officer, Loan Officer Assistant and Processors to assist with Broker Loan Structuring, disclosure questions, Encompass Milestone questionsMaintain details on Broker Summaries assignedCommunicates with Broker Support team Manager on any escalated issues#LI-KC1#Indeed
