As a Customer ServiceAdvocate, you are the primary point of contact for consumers experiencing financial hardship, especially our Spanish-speaking clients.

Working in a fast-paced and energetic environment, you will partner with our clients, both in English and in Spanish, to work through complex issues and provide logical and rapid solutions.

Creativity and talent excel as we change clients’ lives one call at a time.-Paid Training-$15/ hour swift advancement to increase hourly pay-This is a remote/work from home positionbut candidates must reside in ArizonaCurrently hiring for shifts that include weekendsTHE ROLE:Own customer issues, from start to finishBuild sustainable relationships and trust with clients’ accounts through open and interactive communicationEngage with clients and use direct communication to influence the right decisionsREQUIREMENTS/CHARACTERISTICS: What makes you a Customer Service Advocate:You have 1-3 years’ experience in a phone-based/customer service roleYou are available to work any schedule between 5am-9pm including weekendsYou are a keen problem solver able to think on your feetYou display strong problem-solving skillsYou are known for your positive and proactive attitudeYou are a self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative and making swift decisionsYou know how to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyBilingual (Fluent in English/Spanish) is a plusCULTURAL FIT (Our Core Values):Care (for everyone): We show compassion and contribute to the well-being and growth of those around us.
