Medicare Part D System Support Advisor

CVS has an opening for a Medicare Part D System Support Advisor, who will collaborate with Medicare Part D Health Plan business areas and internal technology partners in support of Med D Enrollment Applications.

You will drive capital and business projects that support the Health Plan’s strategic vision and serve as a Medicare Part D subject matter expert to ensure project solutions meet CMS regulatory guidelines.

You will be responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget which will require project management and leadership skills.

Project responsibilities include: analysis of problem and solution, presentations, process flows, cost analysis and project planning and communication.

In addition, you will be responsible for project documentation such as business requirements or user stories, user acceptance testing review and approval, deployment and post deployment planning and communication to impacted business areas.Some of the key activities include:* Facilitating discovery sessions with key partners* Documenting projects with: process flows, cost benefit analysis, pre
– project return on investment identification* Developing of business requirements or user stories in support of waterfall or agile project methodology* Participating in user acceptance testing* Deployment planning
– pre and post and post deployment success measure tracking* Overseeing the team to include coaching and mentoring to ensure employees reach organizational and company goalsTo help with your success, you should possess strong critical thinking skills along with being a good thought partner to develop outstanding solutions that drive efficiency, are aligned with CMS Regulations, can be operationally supported and financially responsible.Required Qualifications* At least 5 years of prior PBM experience or Medicare Part D experience and CMS Guidance experiencePreferred Qualifications* Knowledge of Facets and Pega systems* Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite* Strong analytical and leadership skills* Project Management experience to include waterfall and agile methodology* Demonstrated understanding of the relationships between various applications and systems* Experience building effective networks of internal and external contacts* Experience with Business Process Mapping; project Planning, Definition and Management; Business Requirements Definition using structured methodologies and toolsetsEducation* Bachelors degree is required* Equivalent Combination of education work experience may be consideredBusiness OverviewAt CVS Health, we are joined in a common purpose: helping people on their path to better health.
