RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in search of a Service Desktop Support Tier 1 in Tempe, AZ. Summary: This contractor will be responsible for configuration of devices such as monitors, computers, printers, and other pertinent devices as well as provide troubleshooting assistance as needed for applications and connectivity issues. This candidate will be actively communicating with individuals via phone to help with account creations, password resets, and document within ticket system accordingly.
