nn nn Reporting to the Executive Director of Academic Operations, your main responsibility will be teaching and evaluating students in the classroom and clinical laboratory in accordance with college and departmental policies and procedures by creating a dynamic learning environment conducive to student engagement in a classroom/online hybrid setting.

You will also be: nn Designing an effective learner environment that facilitates student learning and addresses contemporary issues in nursing.

Supporting student progression in academics and socialization into the role of nursing.

Utilizing an array of assessment tools to evaluate learner knowledge and progression in cognitive, psychomotor, and affective skills.

Actively participating in systematic plan for curriculum design and program evaluation.

Assuming a change agent and leadership role in education and nursing practice.

Recognizing the role of a nurse educator and pursuing continuous quality improvement.

The required qualifications for this role are: nn Minimum of an MSN from an accredited college with two years of direct patient care experience.

Current, unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or multi-state privilege to practice in state of employment.

No previous teaching experience required!!!

Computer literacy with Canvas, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, and the Internet.
