Position Salesforce Practice Lead (CPQ) Location Santa Clara, CA Remote 30 Travel Mode Full Time C2H (Contract to Hire) Job Description As a valued and highly experienced Salesforce Practice Lead in our Lead to Cash practice, you will serve as the leader of teams of adept Salesforce Consultants globally. You will join us with certifications in some of the Lead to Cash Salesforce Cloud tools such as Sales Cloud, CPQ, Partner Communities, Billing, and Einstein. As a leader in the business and Salesforce domain knowledge, you will manage teams and serve as engagement lead as well as own the PL for the practice. You already have a solid understanding of the Salesforce organization and culture that will enable you to engage with our partner at senior levels to drive strategic initiatives and gain executive sponsorship and support from both Wilco Source and Salesforce leadership. You will engage with our customers and our technical and solution to determine what is best Required Skills Experience 5 years of industry-related leadership and Salesforce partnership experience. 10 Years combination of a domain and leadership experience. Experience working collaboratively with Sales to develop the Lead to Cash practice strategy tied to the Salesforce partnership including bringing joint initiatives to market. Strong market knowledge and the ability to create successful growth strategies as well as own and execute on a longer-term strategic plan. Ability to develop and own the business plan for the Lead to Cash Practice in coordination with other Practice Leads in other domains. Experience managing a Salesforce practice having worked to bring higher levels of maturity across Partner framework Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Joint Initiatives, Delivery. Skilled in working across cross-functional teams to bring offerings to market work with sales to build and manage pipeline for partner offerings work with marketing to build and execute on a marketing plan work with leadership and partner teams to manage communications and updates. Able to create a support network for Lead to Cash projects and initiatives requiring domain knowledge across all Wilco Source teams. Understands how to keep up with the latest featuresfunctionality of the Salesforce Lead to Cash stack. Ability to successfully manage to be the highest point of escalation for any architecture or delivery challenges. Ability to participate in the development of training materials manage certifications for Lead to Cash within the practice and across other Wilco Source teams. Multiple successful project implementations in a client-facing role bull Strong growth mindset and proven achievement of aggressive growth targets. The ability to craft and execute strategic and tactical plans to close large revenue projects. Demonstrated exceptional ability to communicate effectively and form lasting relationships across functions and teams, partners, and clients, from C-suite level to line manager to architect.
