This role is a key part of a global team in the Technology division’s Global Solutions Program Office (GSPO) responsible for driving strategic initiatives while ensuring compliance to Global Delivery Activities (GDA) and International Business Activities (IBA) policies.

This role has high visibility and serves as a critical liaison between the GSPO and Global Delivery Governance Organization and acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by driving future state tool solution and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies.

Drive technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.

Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements.

Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.

Prepares specifications for system changes This is an individual contributor role who must work well with a global team in a matrixed organization and may functionally lead a small team.

Required Qualifications 10 years of technology delivery and relationship management experience with a client organization 4 years of experience compiling and preparing executive summaries, whitepaper, and presentations for management or senior leaders 5 years of financial services industry, consulting or regulatory experience 10 years of leadership experience including coaching, training, and mentoring Desired Qualifications Relationship management experience delivering technology services between one or more internal technology organizations large internal lines of business Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills 5 years of process improvement experience Other Desired Qualifications Knowledge of Global Delivery Activity Policy and Technology Transitions processes Knowledge of Information Security, Business Continuity Planning and Risk & Compliance models Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with executives and risk partners and use strong written and verbal skills to communicate facts, figures, and ideas to others The ideal candidate is self-directed, independent, adaptable, challenges the status quo, influences decision making, pays attention to detail Executive presence to align, inspire, motivate and drive team for execution in a matrixed environment Analyzing the procedures, processes, standards and guidelines related to the preparation and carrying out of process assessments in a systematic manner Prepare annual audit calendar with clear schedules, audit dates, stakeholders, etc.

Conduct the process assessments as per calendar and publish the findings report periodically Ensure audits findings are tracked to closure effectively with proper corrective and preventive actions in place Advising ways and means of increasing the efficiency of current processes by identifying opportunities for improvement Preparing periodic audit reports with all findings for consideration by the management and the GSPO leaders Responsible for overall process compliance as per GSPO, GDA and Risk Management processes Partner with first, second and third line of defense to inform, educate, and collaborate Establishing the mechanism for early warning alerts on likely process breaches to pre-empt them upfront Ability to represent work and findings in executive ready presentations Defining audit assessment checklists and executive briefing reporting templates with process maturity levels Job Expectations Ability to travel up to 15% of the time Street Address AZ-Chandler: 2600 S Price Rd
