Inventory Clerk


This is a Full-time position in phoenix, az posted July 29, 2021.

Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The inventory clerk handles tasks that are related to inventory in a warehouse setting for our organization. The role includes maintaining inventory levels, making monthly inventory reports, recording and labeling inventory items to be used in the future and maintaining accurate records. Pick, pack, ship material to meet customer requirements. Counting materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock. Maintaining and updating records. Report and take initiative to resolve discrepancies between physical counts and computer records. Developing or improving upon inventory management procedures Consignment material ownership Apply lean manufacturing concepts to support material flow (i.e. Kanban, VMI, etc.) Demonstrate ability to learn quickly Familiarity with shipping systems (Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, etc.) Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualification Requirement: High school degree and/or GED equivalent Basic computer skills Able to operate a forklift Basic Math skills required ERP System experience a plus Working Conditions: Able to lift up to 50lbs Company Description Essai Inc is a leading manufacturer of automatic test equipment for the semiconductor industry, and a manufacturer of measuring instruments used in the design, production and maintenance of electronic systems including fiber optic and wireless communications equipment and digital consumer products.
