Use your knowledge of Manufacturing and Engineering to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

As part of the Integrated Supply Chain team, you will support current product engineering and the optimization of the manufacturing process.

This is a phenomenal position to make a difference in our products and processes, with visibility to the site leadership team.

We contribute to the development of Honeywell’s next generation of Control Moment Gyros and Reaction Wheel Assembly products supporting manufacturing process development, and ensuring manufacturing cost, yield, and schedule execution.

Maximize factory efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization.

Determine parts and tools needed to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification.

Key Responsibilities Collaborate and/or lead cross-function team projects for manufacturing, quality, and producibility improvements Prepare reports and documentation Root Cause and Corrective Action analysis YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or relevant engineering field 7 Years’ relevant work experience in Manufacturing or Engineering Due to contractual requirements, US citizenship is required and dual citizenship is not permitted WE VALUE Use analytical, Lean/Six Sigma, and APQP tools including PFMEA Experience with technical writing of documents and training procedures Experience with Surface Mounted Technology (SMT) and Plated Thru Hole (PTH) components and process technology Experience in evaluation of production processes utilizing statistical methods for measurement of performance and continuous improvement Experience in Military, Aerospace, or Commercial manufacturing Knowledge of the standards and specifications for Aerospace and Electronics for manufacturing workmanship, assembly, and test Familiarity with J-Std or IPC Soldering Standards Computer literacy: Windows, Oracle, MS Office, Visio, Project, Siemens NX and Teamcenter, SAP Additional InformationJOB ID: HRD106684Category: Integrated Supply ChainLocation: 19019 N.
