We are growing and are looking for a standout colleague who is excited about contributing to NortonLifeLock’s rapid growth.

This role focuses on consumer advertising, primarily mobile app marketing.

This includes the chance to:Manage the App Store Optimization efforts on both Google Play and Apple App Store for a portfolio of multiple appsMonitor reporting and deep dive into program analytics to find opportunities to maximize revenue and user growthUtilize test-driven marketing strategies to continuously improve marketing messaging, positioning, and overall app store listingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test new strategiesEngage with top industry partners (Google, Apple, etc.) to accomplish goalsManage ASO agency to develop benchmarks and exceed them Grow your career alongside top digital marketers and be a leader in the industryWho You Are:BA/BS (marketing, business, or economics preferred)3 years of experience managing digital/mobile marketing efforts High proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred but not requiredComfortable with developing testing strategies and implementing them to achieve resultsHighly enthusiastic about mobile app marketingThrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentLooking to join a purpose-driven organizationDeeply detail-oriented with strong attention to follow-throughLove working with data to solve problems (data-driven mindset is a must)Strong problem-solving skills and are willing to tackle ad hoc issuesFlexible and adaptive to changing business needsOutstanding communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skillsLI-BW2NortonLifeLock is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
