Control Specialist

ADP is hiring an experienced CS Control Rep.

Responsible for quarter close process
– Requires knowledge of Quarter Close.

Knowledge of tax is highly desired.

Responsible for leading manager meetings and coordinating tasks to ensure quarter close is successful.

Also responsible for running quarter close reports in excel.

Knowledge of TOPS, CEH, RUN, SBS Central, N8 is desired.

Partner with automation team to ensure current projects are on target and come prepared with new automation ideas.

Answer inbound chats and calls from other SBS departments in support of Alex Responsible for running various scripts within applications PRS -Processing two portions of PRS 3 times a year Security Ticket SME
– Responsible for performing Security Ticket Audit twice a year.

Experience with performing system access audits is desired.

Internal Process Analyst
– Identifying areas of opportunity in the Control Desk areas and Support Services Work with automation teams to implement changes Act as POC to provide walkthroughs and possible exceptions from working the process QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: At least 2 years of previous experience High School diploma Strong excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, power pivots, conditional formatting Able to communicate analytical findings and recommendations in a clear and concise way to non-technical audiences, both in oral and written presentations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following: Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints using pre-defined solutions Demonstrated ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations Organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently and make sound decisions Bachelor’s degree Explore our COVID-19 page to understand how ADP is approaching safety, travel, the hiring interview process, and more.
