As a Deal Strategist in our Human Resources Outsourcing division, you’ll help District Managers prepare for all steps of the sales process.

You’ll join a champion strategy team with a huge depth of experience.

) With a little help from our hands-on training, you’ll work with both new and existing District Managers to position value-based solutions that make the workplace better and improve the performance and efficiency of the business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: Responsibilities Work with District Managers to structure deals and provide strategic support in various aspects of the sales cycle (Executive Overview, ROI Tool, UW, pricing systems, analysis, Proposal).

Provide deal strategy and architecture on active sales processes with a focus on minimizing sales cycle time.

Work with stakeholders across Service and Operations (UW, Broker Partners, Finance, GMs, Credit) on deal solutions.

Increase sales efficiency by analyzing and reporting on what’s working, sharing market and competitive data, and initiate/expedite common exceptions.

Periodic interaction with prospects/clients on large deals.

Identification, design, development, and implementation of identified HRO sales training in collaboration with Sales Operations.

Decisions and guidance around pricing and service expectations.

Working knowledge of compliance, WFN, and all Comprehensive Service modules.

EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED: Required Qualifications Strong understanding of HRO Sales Process and Strategy Demonstrated consistent sales and sales leadership success, including coaching, mentoring, etc.

Be able to demonstrate talent for HRO deal strategy and architecture.

In-depth knowledge of internal sales process, including support from service partners.

Possess high business acumen.

Have a strong reputation with internal service and operation partners and be an advocate of the business.

Detail orientation with strong technology skills.

Focus on innovation and interest in creating new processes.

Demonstrated strong communication and collaboration skills.
