PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Employee Services Specialist in Mesa, AZ.

Description:

  • Conducts research and analysis necessary to make recommendations to management regarding the application of specific HR processes; administers HR processes w/in a company plant or small division.
  • Mentors others within the group.
  • Participates in small-scale change projects within the immediate work group or functional area of responsibility.
  • Trains/mentor new employees on work group policies/processes.
  • May serve as mentor to others within the group.
  • Determines the scope and purpose of project.
  • Leads the development of a detailed statement of work that documents the deliverables, objectives, budget, activities required and schedule.
  • Defines the resources required to accomplish tasks.
  • Develop alternative plans as needed when faced with obstacles or setbacks.
  • Monitors and provides status of project.
  • Counsels external customers (dependents, retirees) on HR processes and services.
  • Create processes documentation (processes guides, flow charts, & guidelines) to enhance existing processes by analyzing current processes.
  • Identifies opportunities for improvements (e-enabling, cycle-time reduction, cost reduction, conducting beta tests and establishes metrics to support business and business planning processes.
  • Delivers products and services that consistently meet or exceed expectations with little or no rework required.
  • Uses metrics and tools to manage daily, weekly and monthly work flow.
  • Strives for continuous quality improvements.
  • Coordinates and monitors work performed by vendors in conjunction with deployment of HR services.

Additional Details:

  • The focus of Total Rewards Advocacy Center (TRAC) is to further the Participant Experience for all things “Total Rewards.” This is a brand new organization of team members who will bring their HR knowledge, experience and passion to provide high touch and caring support to employees who need support, have general questions, or need guidance on ALL of the Total Rewards benefits programs available to employees.
  • The advocates will spend the majority of their time handling incoming calls from our employees. As advocates for our employees, the team will guide and help employees fully utilize available benefits programs, as well as, educate and support obtaining the correct assistance with ALL of the Total Rewards programs. While the initial focus will be on Financial Well Being, Health & Insurance, and annual enrollment support – the ultimate goal of the TRAC team will be to continually provide hyper care support for the Moments that Matter in our employees lives, with a phased implementation of a Global operation supporting the entire enterprise.
  • Ideal candidates (we need several!) will partner with Total Rewards Strategy & Delivery, the Work Life Care Center and with key suppliers to facilitate the best outcomes for our employees. The TRAC team will provide subject matter expertise to employees in a variety of areas as needed. They will partner with employees and act as an internal consultant and respond to complex questions and help employees with their challenges.

 
Education / Experience:    

  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years’ related work experience, 10 years’ related work experience, etc.).
