Kinaxis Master Data Analyst

Job Description Summary

This position is a temporary assignment which will include benefits such as (medical, health, dental, 401k).

This position is anticipated to last approximately through September 2022.

This position has responsibility for the master data tasks associated with the Kinaxis Project Implementation.

They will act as the planning master data expert for all source systems connecting to the Kinaxis Rapid Response Software.

This role plays an integral role in the implementation of new Supply Chain applications and must be able to apply conceptual knowledge of the supply chain to implement solutions that satisfy all business requirements and engage with business leadership and key users at the global, divisional, and regional level.

Align with Integration Partner to ensure that all data requirements are well defined, communicated and effectively covered during program design phase Lead the Data Readiness workstream by partnering with the BU and Supply Planning team representatives to ensure 100% data readiness and accuracy Establish appropriate mechanisms to effectively measure and cleanse pertinent legacy system master data as defined by the Integration Partner Define repeatable MDM processes and RACI throughout the entirety of the project Work with Integration Partner and TGS to define migration rules to new planning system Partner with PMO resource and Implementation Partner to provide weekly report-out on data readiness, key achievements and resolution of any risks Provide necessary training and support to Project Team and associated partners.

Ensuring alignment to process owner’s operational definitions of the data providers.

Responsible for the data quality and accuracy of planning master data.

Tracks and monitors identified metrics and makes recommendations for improvements.

Applies Business Intelligence/Warehouse, and other analysis tools to generate valuable information for Supply Chain/Materials associates.

Position Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent discipline.


  • Minimum 5 years’ overall experience in software implementation and configuration preferred 3+ years of Supply Chain Software including Kinaxis, Blue Yonder or Oracle APS preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in at least 1 Implementation of Supply Chain planning solution implementation starting from inception, blueprint, design, develop, deploy and support.
  • Prior experience with any of the following would be beneficial: Azure Data Lakes, SQL, Sparks, Hive and Databricks, Denodo, ETL tools, PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Automate


APICS certification a plus
