This position is integral to delivering critical information needs in Sourcing, Procurement, Fulfillment Center and Supply Chain Coordinator job functions.

_Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards._**CORE FUNCTIONS****1.Supply Chain Execution Planning:** Develops necessary databases, datasets, tools, planning models, and algorithms to support high-speed decision making in Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP).

Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to provide quick insights driving strategic and tactical actions associated with dynamics in business cycle.

Manages inventory information across multiple sites to support uninterrupted flow of materials.

Defines and supports product allocation strategies as needed.**2.Analytics & Reporting** : Generates automated and ad-hoc reports for data requests from the Supply Chain Management team and other internal customers.

Provides statistical analysis to aid in sourcing negotiations, competitive bid processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP), return on investment (ROI) calculations, capital or operating budget needs, product standardization efforts, or any other activity that supports cost reductions and/or process improvement in the supply chain.**3.Process Engineering** : Leads process improvement projects to optimize efficiency and productivity within the department and the organization.

Identifies appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure current state and track changes after new processes are implemented.

Measures performance efficacy in regular reports and identifies areas of opportunity.

Develops and maintains documentation including policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new and existing SCM processes.**4.Inventory & Fulfillment Optimization** : Develops and deploys tools for data-driven inventory management and order fulfillment.

Maintains inventory forecasting based on internal customer needs, seasonal patterns, business objectives, and both market and logistics constraints.

Creates and maintains tools and systems for optimizing operational workflows.

Examples include: utilizing enhanced product attributes in slotting optimization in support of Fulfillment Center, department inventories, and offsite acute/non-acute facility inventories; creating tools for min/max & Kanban implementation/optimization, pick-path optimization, multi-warehouse/3PL planning, surge planning, etc.**5.System Support** : Supports design and/or implementation of new electronic Materials Resource Planning (MRP) system and other Supply Chain systems.

Supports all secondary database connections associated with MRP.

Provides support and training for application users.**6.Data Management** : Supports maintenance of all databases associated with MRP.

As needed, performs daily file transfers, reviews data imports, and performs month-end close procedures.

Updates MRP information such as item pricing, supplier information, and client utilization limits.

Maintains other electronic files as records.

Analyzes and performs routine cleanup of data.?

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**+ Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.+ Three (3) years of experience in the use of electronic MRP, ERP, or equivalent enterprise level systems.+ Advanced skills in Structured Query Language (SQL) query writing, Excel, relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, Access, etc.)+ Excellent communication and collaboration ability**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**+ Three (3) years of continuous improvement experience with knowledge of multiple methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, Kaizen, process re-engineering).+ Experience with programming and automation in reporting and analytics platforms utilizing scripts, queries, relational databases and front-end tools such as SQL, MS Access and/or Excel, or other business intelligence (BI) platforms.+ Laboratory operations and/or supply chain management experience.Banner Health is one of the largest, nonprofit health care systems in the country and the leading nonprofit provider of hospital services in all the communities we serve.
