USAA: It Systems Analyst Senior


This is a Full-time position in Chandler, AZ posted April 4, 2021.

Purpose of JobWe are currently seeking a talented for our San Antonio, TX facility or Plano, TX or Phoenix, AZ.The person hired into this position will have the opportunity to work with the IT team that is engaged in the biggest Technology Transformation program that USAA has ever undertaken.

This is called the Modernization Program (MOD program for short).

We are in the process of replacing some of our business-critical systems that are currently hosted on Mainframe and moving them to vendor solutions hosted in the Cloud.

In this position, you will be responsible for defining IT requirements and ongoing management of IT system implementations/deliverables.Provides liaising services between business and IT delivery functions for the purpose of enabling the on-boarding, enhancement and support of systems, applications, and other technology solutions.

Assesses evolving business requirements to include establishing, evaluating, and validating technical requirements.

Recommends alternatives and/or enhancements to existing technology solutions.

You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position.

The salary range for this position is: $80,200 $144,500 *(this does not include geographical differential, it may be applied based on your work location)Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.

*Geographical Differential: Geographic pay differential is additional pay provided to eligible employees working in locations where market pay levels are above the national average.

Shift premium will be addressed on an individual-basis for applicable roles that are consistently scheduled for non-core hours.
