The team is responsible for the Storage Area Network (SAN), Network Attached Storage (NAS), Backup, Object/S3, and physical server tools from our vendors. The team collaborates across the organization to plan and build storage tools. This work enables the storage organization to meet the enterprise governance, regulatory, and business requirements. The team owns application lifecycle management including Software Development Lifecycle Management (SDLC) for these tools. The team is responsible for managing the storage and server devices in our lab. This includes planning installs, de-installs, and lifecycle management.This leader will need to navigate through complex problems requiring a technical understanding of storage and physical server infrastructure and tooling. Drive agile adoption/methodologies across the team. Drive reports and functionality to turn complex data sets into actions based on sound business logic. Drive policy, process, and technology change enabling efficiency without compromising on risk or security.As an Employee Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business.
