nnAt AppointmentPlus, we work with some of the largest companies in the world solving big problems. This ranges from supporting the largest tire companies in the world to now helping pharmacies and enterprise healthcare providers distribute vaccines.nn nn nn nnWe have recently joined forces with DaySmart Software to expand our reach to over 20,000 customers across 100 countries. DaySmart’s acquisition of AppointmentPlus gives us the opportunity to further invest in our product and fuel growth in appointment scheduling and payment processing.nn nn nn nnThe ideal candidate will be an experienced client success professional with supply chain and logistics. They are comfortable managing a portfolio of clients from SMB to the Fortune 100 with a focus on high levels of customer satisfaction.nn nn n nn nn n nn nn Key Job Functions: nn Build strong knowledge of the logistics and supply chain industry Manage post-sales business relationship with client and driving satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth Become an extension of the client teams by understanding their business needs, key objectives, and technical capabilities Partner across multiple internal teams including Sales, Support, Marketing, Product, and Finance to support the client Manage proactive and effective account renewal process with regular touchpoints Drive resolution of account issues including billing, support, product, and other departments Partner with onboarding team to support initial adoption and client stability Communicate technical solutions to deliver on client desired outcomes Track and report on various success and client metrics nn n nn nn n nn nn Must Have: nn 2+ years in logistics industry 3+ years in customer facing role (success, support, account management, and consulting) Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills High technical aptitude and overall understanding of technology nn n nn nn n nn nn ?Perks: nn 90%-100% company paid health insurance for you Health, vision, and dental plans for family Remote work available 15 days paid time off + paid holidays 20 days paid time off after 1 year 401K with up to 4% match nn n nn
