POSITION SUMMARY: Leads the development of project plans and monitors work progress on a regular basis.

Primary ongoing responsibility is for management of projects.

Focuses on meeting project commitments,including communications with sponsors, stakeholders,etc.

May or may not have direct reports.

Spends significant time on project management responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES: Creates and executes non-technical project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.

Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables.

Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.

Work closely with various internal departments to ensure successful completion of projects Facilitates team/client meetings and effectively communicates project information to superiors/senior leadership.

Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Education: Bachelor’s Degree Experience: 3-5 yeares Preference will be given to candidates who have the following: Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in education and experience Project Mgmt certification preferred; broad knowledge of PM processes and project life cycle methodologies Communication Skills Problem Solving Able to manage multiple and changing priorities (flexibility/adaptability) Partnership/collaboration Leadership Results Orientation We believe in good faith that compensation for a successful candidate based in Colorado would generally fall between the range listed below: $62,800-$89,490 In the state of Colorado, we are offering the following benefits (subject to change): Salaried and hourly workers who work on average 20 standard hours per week: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Student Loan Repayment Reimbursement and Paid Volunteer Time Off Explore our COVID-19 page https://jobs.adp.com/covid19/ to understand how ADP is approaching safety, travel, the hiring interview process, and more.
