Sr. Sales Enablement Manager

This is a Full-time position in Scottsdale, AZ posted October 26, 2021.

Blue Yonder is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to design and develop enablement programs and content for sales, presales and other customer facing roles.

The Sales Enablement Manager will align people, processes, and priorities to increase sales results and productivity by providing integrated content, training, curriculum, and prescriptive learning paths.

What you’ll do :

  • Leads the creation and deployment of industry specific training, content/sales messaging, and tools to support customer facing roles by working with Product Marketing, Sales and other stakeholders. 
  • Supports marketing and product launches by preparing and enabling customer facing roles to understand and sell our solutions. 
  • Responsible for aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs for sales and partners, including consulting on training content, scheduling and coordination, deployment of on-demand courseware, and instructor-led sales training. 
  • Manages various sales enablement projects and coordinates sales enablement activities.
  • Point person for Sales Academy, SKO and other sales focused events
  • Create badging and certification processes 

What we are looking for :

  • Knowledge of sales training best practices (instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation). 
  • Knowledge of modern sales methodologies, sales process, and buyer’s journey alignment.
  • Experience with CMS/LMS systems such as SharePoint, Cornerstone, Highspot, edcast, Showpad, etc.
  • Experience with tools such as Camtasia, Captivate and other video editing software.
  • Expert ability to manage projects from concept to completion. 
  • Expert ability to plan and facilitate meetings. 
  • Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, and decision-making skills. 
  • High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change. 
  • Strong internal negotiating skills within a context of political sensitivity and conflicting interests. 
  • Highly developed training, presentation, and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to consult or provide guidance on complex matters to non-specialists; ability to communicate effectively with senior management. 
  • Ability to collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation while coordinating diverse activities and groups within a team environment
